Location
Borkwalde is a municipality located directly in the woods. It is situated in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district in Brandenburg and has officially been known as a "forest municipality" since 2015.
The neighbouring village of Borkheide, with its RE 7 rail connection, numerous shopping facilities, hotels, restaurants and the outdoor pool, is only a few kilometres away.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a brokerage contract is concluded, consumers have the following right of cancellation:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the brokerage contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (L&B Immobiliya EuRuS GmbH, Frankfurter Allee 18, 10247 Berlin, Tel.: +49 30 762 149 75, E-Mail: info@immobiliya.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the enclosed model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services should commence during the cancellation period, you shall be required to pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
