Russian overseas property buyers' rights are quite secured, but only if the transaction is handled by a professional consultant. This opinion has been expressed by almost 65% of experts surveyed during the International Congress which has been held as a part of the INFOREAL International Real Estate Forum, on May, 14-15 2009.
The Congress has been attended by over 350 representatives of construction, realtor, management, financial and other companies from Russia and a number of foreign states. About 25% of respondents have also claimed that Russian buyers' interests are secure, but in other circumstances: if the buyer gets acquainted with the peculiarities of the selected market. It should be noted that only one pollee has said that he doesn't consider the interests of Russian buyers to be properly protected.
The next International Congress of the INFOREAL Forum will be held on October 1-2 at the "Park Inn Pulkovskaya" hotel (ploshad' Pobedy 1, building 1).
