| Rating of countries most popular among Russian overseas property buyers |

The Prian.ru portal has prepared a next report dedicated to the markets most popular among Russian overseas property buyers.
In comparison with March, there have been some changes in the rating, although the TOP-10 has remained almost untouched since summer. During the whole history of the present rating the first position has been occupied by Bulgaria. Bulgarian property market has lost 1% of the total request number, but the gap between the second and the first places still remains very high.
Property located in the United States has lost three positions and 1.5% of the total request number. This is the first decline in interest towards the market since August 2008. The highest leap up has been made by the German market - plus 2.9%. Almost the same number of queries has been addressed to Czech Republic and Egypt, which share 10 and 11 positions.
Speaking of markets located outside the TOP-10: the interest expressed towards property markets of Greece, Cyprus and Switzerland has increased. While the interest in Latvia, Hungary and the Dominican Republic has declined.
The rating is based on the analysis of hundreds thousands requests submitted to a property database of the "Prian.ru - International Property" portal by our visitors in May 2009.
